Made from decommissioned 1.75" polyester fire hose, the Fire Hose Fetch Toy 2.0 is our toughest fetch toy yet. We redesigned it from the ground up by eliminating the external binding that could eventually fray or be torn away during aggressive play.

Instead, each toy is folded, reinforced, and secured with heavy-duty box stitching, creating a cleaner, stronger design with fewer failure points. The result is a rugged, streamlined fetch toy built to withstand countless games of fetch, tug, and training sessions.

The fire hose material itself is new and unused—it has never been through a fire or exposed to hazardous conditions. Some hose sections were removed from service due to minor manufacturing defects, making them unsuitable for firefighting but ideal for repurposing into an incredibly durable dog toy.

Every toy is handmade in the USA and built one at a time in our workshop.

  • Do not leave your dog unattended with the toy
  • Inspect regularly for wear or damage
  • Remove and replace if damaged
